The line is described as a three-line package, with each line set up for high-speed production. Rotary filling with a seamer and a roll-fed glue labeler is a standard high-speed combination, so it is easier to find technicians who understand the system.

There are also limits. The washer’s water and steam demand can increase installation cost if your site utilities are not ready. The Japanese power spec requires transformers and proper distribution design. If you change bottle size, you may need new star wheels, guides, and some format parts.

A practical operating tip is to restart the line step by step. Start with single-machine tests, then run the line at low speed, then increase speed after you remove the causes of stops. For the labeler, keep the glue and vacuum areas clean because they directly affect label quality.
