Known for its traditional chueotang (mudfish soup) and a variety of Korean set meals, this place is very popular. Let’s dive into the details of my experience!

First Impressions
When we entered Chu-eo Myeong-ga Sejong Branch, the clean and spacious interior was impressive. Located on the second floor, the restaurant is wide and comfortable. There is a café on the first floor, making it a nice place to have a coffee after your meal. The overall atmosphere is cozy and perfect for family visits.
 
Menu and Prices
The menu focuses on chueotang and also includes a variety of set meals and pork cutlets. We ordered the chueotang (12,000 KRW) and sweet potato cheese pork cutlet (12,000 KRW).

Food Evaluation
The chueotang had a deep and rich broth, which was incredibly flavorful. The earthy taste of mudfish was well infused in the soup. Adding leeks and minced garlic enhanced the depth of the flavor. The sweet potato cheese pork cutlet was a hit with the kids, featuring a crispy coating with sweet potato and cheese inside, making it delicious. The tofu provided as a side dish was rich and creamy, and additional side dishes could be taken freely from the self-service corner.
 
Service
The staff were very friendly and quick to respond. The food arrived promptly, so we didn’t have to wait long to enjoy our meal. The restaurant was well-maintained and clean, providing a pleasant dining environment for families. Serving the meal with hot stone pot rice (dolsotbap) was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the scorched rice (nurungji) afterwards.
 
Overall Impression
Chu-eo Myeong-ga Sejong Branch offers a satisfying dining experience with its traditional chueotang and various Korean set meals. The upscale atmosphere and diverse menu make it an ideal place for a healthy meal.
