피크 시간에는 만차가 잦아 조금 일찍 도착해 주차부터 해결하면 식사가 수월합니다.

4인 테이블이 기본 구성이라 가족 외식에 알맞고, 테이블을 붙이면 단체도 충분히 수용됩니다.

홀과 내측 공간이 나뉘어 있어 아이와 동행해도 편안합니다.

낡지 않게 관리된 불판과 위생적인 셋팅이 눈에 띕니다.

 

 

음식과 맛

삼겹살은 선홍빛이 도는 신선한 고기로 굽는 동안 육즙이 잘 살아납니다.

 

 

이 집의 시그니처는 반찬과의 조합입니다.

계절에 따라 바뀌는 기본찬이 알차고, 미나리·부추·콩나물무침이 특히 좋습니다.

 

 

왕계란말이는 진짜 신의 한수입니다.

 

 

파채는 고기와도, 계란말이와도 궁합이 좋아 입안이 지루할 틈이 없습니다.

 

 

점심때 한번 방문했는데  돼지두루치기는 양념이 과하지 않고 밥도둑 스타일이라 든든하게 한 끼 해결하기 좋았습니다.

기본찬과 국물 찌개류가 깔끔해 어른 입맛도 만족합니다.

 

 

단골들이 사랑하는 메뉴는 볶음밥입니다.

직원분이 고기, 김치, 콩나물을 잘게 썰어 김치국물과 참기름, 김을 넣고 볶아주는데, 더 맛있게 먹는 방법이 있습니다.

남은 고기와 야채를 더 잘게 다져 약한 불에서 한두 번 더 졸여 두세요. 그다음 볶음밥을 주문하면 고소함이 배가 됩니다.

간이 조금 쎄다 싶으면 남은 공기밥을 섞어 비율을 맞추면 양도 늘고 간도 딱 맞습니다.

 

 

일요일은 휴무입니다. 

저녁 피크 시간대는 대기가 있을 수 있어 오픈 직후 또는 브레이크타임 이후 바로 방문하면 보다 여유롭습니다.

 

 

가족이 편하게 가서 배부르게 먹고 나오는 동네 대표 삼겹살집.

반찬과 국, 계란말이, 볶음밥까지 빠지는 구석이 없습니다.

This is a review of a restaurant called Yukaehansang in Hansoldong, Sejong. It is my family’s favorite place for pork belly and Korean side dishes. The restaurant is located in the First Village apartment complex with easy access and simple parking in the basement or nearby public lots. Opening hours are 11 am to 10 pm on weekdays with a break time from 2:30 pm to 5 pm, 4 pm to 10 pm on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. The main menu includes fresh pork belly 150g for 16,000 won, frozen pork belly 100g for 8,000 won, pork stir fry for 13,000 won, squid and pork stir fry for 13,000 won, and lunch options like kimchi stew, army stew, and cheonggukjang for 11,000 won. There is also a large rolled omelet for 7,000 won which is very popular with children. Side dishes change with the seasons and are always fresh. The restaurant offers bean sprout salad, kimchi, cucumber kimchi, seasoned vegetables, and soup like doenjang jjigae. The rolled omelet is my daughter’s favorite and goes well with pork belly or green onion salad. Pork stir fry at lunch is a good choice with rice. A special tip from regulars is to enjoy fried rice at the end. Staff usually prepare it with pork, kimchi, bean sprouts, sesame oil, and seaweed, but regulars cut the meat and vegetables smaller and let them simmer before mixing with rice. This makes the taste deeper and staff often give extra rice when they see guests doing it themselves. If the seasoning is salty, adding plain rice balances the flavor. The restaurant has 4 person tables that can be joined for groups. The atmosphere is simple and family friendly. Service is kind and food comes quickly. The best points are the quality of the pork, generous side dishes, and the taste of stew and omelet. The price is reasonable for the amount and quality. The only caution is the Sunday holiday and weekday break time, so plan your visit accordingly. Overall this place is a top choice for pork belly in Sejong. It is reliable, tasty, and comfortable for family meals. My one line summary: In Hansoldong, Yukaehansang is the first choice for pork belly. My score is 4.7 out of 5 and I will keep coming back with my family.
