가장 먼저 주문한 돼지갈비는 정말 부드럽고 맛있었어요.

Today, we visited the famous restaurant 'Hakcheon Myeonok' in Sangdang-gu, Cheongju, with my family. Our visit was initially to trade my son's bike, but we ended up enjoying a delicious meal. Let me share our special experience at Hakcheon Myeonok with you.

Taste and Quality

First, we ordered the grilled pork ribs, which were incredibly tender and flavorful. The meat was grilled over charcoal, giving it a deep, rich taste. The accompanying scallion salad and vegetables enhanced the flavor of the meat. There were instructions on how to best enjoy the ribs, which we followed to maximize our enjoyment.

 

Both the Mul-naengmyeon and Red Naengmyeon were excellent. The cold noodles were refreshing and clean-tasting, while the Red Naengmyeon had a spicy kick and a unique broth. The Doenjang Jjigae was perfect to eat with the grilled meat, offering a deep and rich flavor​.
