A Magical Month at Mongsanpo Ocean Campground - Family Camping Stories

 

Hello, Glamping Family! As a camping influencer, I'd like to share our fantastic one-month experience at Mongsanpo Ocean Campground. Camping with family always creates special memories.

 

October's Halloween Camping:

In the first week, we enjoyed camping with a Halloween theme. Our family dressed up in Halloween costumes and decorated our tent to match the spooky vibe. Such special days bring extra joy to the kids.

 

November Camping with Family Friends:

The following week, we camped with my youngest daughter's friend's family. We relished the warm weather, grilling pork belly and scallops. A sudden wind forecast reminded us of the importance of packing down properly.

 

Relaxed Camping after a Wedding:

In the third week of November, after attending a wedding in Seoul, we returned to the campground for some relaxation, enjoying marshmallows and fireside moments.

 

Changes in the Campground in Late November:

Enjoying pork belly and fish cake soup, we dealt with a broken pole and cleaned up around the shelter after a heavy snowfall. Despite the wind and snow, every moment was joyful with family.

 

Last Week of November, Birthday Camping:

In the last week, we celebrated my youngest daughter's birthday with a camping gathering. We had a delightful time eating steamed oysters, pork ribs, strawberries, and grilled intestines.

 

The Charm of Mongsanpo Ocean Campground:

This campground operates on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing for stress-free camping without the pressure of reservations. Its spacious area, clean restrooms, showers, and pet-friendly facilities were impressive. Beach activities like clam digging were a great joy for the kids.

 

Camping Tips:

Arrive Early: Due to its first-come, first-served system, arriving early is key to securing a good spot. Take a bold vacation day, especially on Halloween or other event days.
